Ethics Is a way of Life

Every salaried employee, when he or she joins the company, must sign an ethics policy that holds him or her to the highest standards of behavior. BP is well-known in the industry for treating suppliers, customers and employees with honesty and respect. It is one of the reasons why the organization made the list of Canada’s 100 most ethical companies published by Canada’s national newspaper, The Globe and Mail.
